Reformer Classes at Perfect Balance Studio
FOR NEW CUSTOMERS. Please email valstewart@marigold-studios.com to register or call 206 779-2011 so you can get a free fitness evaluation and get booked into the correct “level” class. Beginning Reformer openings on Tuesday and Thursday at 2pm. Beginning Reformer 1 for all levels. Reformer 2 by teacher approval.
REFORMER PILATES: What is the difference between Reformer and Mat Pilates? The primary distinction between mat and Reformer Pilates is the use of the reformer bed. Unlike mat Pilates, which relies on body weight for movement, Reformer Pilates incorporates resistance, offering a more challenging workout that ensures you feel the burn. The reformer bed is dynamic; depending on the springs you attach it changes the way the exercise works and feels. Like mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates also utilizes props such as resistance bands and magic circles to enhance each exercise session. NOTE REFORMER 1 and REFORMER 2 classes are on the schedule. If you have been taking classes with me for a while you can take 1 or 2. If you are new and have done an introductory class please start with REFORMER 1.
COST: Pilates Reformer Small Group Classes: $25 per class. Packages available. Call or email to book. Intro classes can be booked for new students. Drop ins available for experienced clients and posted on the ticker above weekly. Packages can be bought online.
One on One Reformer Sessions $72 per session. $40 per person for duets. Discounted packages available

Group Fitness Classes at Marigold Studios
Group classes are held at Marigold Studios at 105 Marigold Lane in Sequim. The price for a drop-in Group Fitness class is $20 dollars. There are packages available bringing classes down to as low as $10 dollars per session. Specials and scholarships are also available for those who have a tight budget. Fitness fun and comradery should be accessible to all! Please reach out for more info.
ONLINE BOOKING. Select the class you would like to register. Note when booking, the price of the class will appear (20 dollars). If you have a package you will NOT be charged the base price of 20 dollars but the package price after class has been held. For single classes you can pay on booking or at class. Just continue booking to save your spot.
Pilates with Barre Monday at 3:00pm Pilates with Barre. Pilates Mat utilizes the BASI block system repertoire to engage your powerhouse through essential movements, providing a strong foundation for a comprehensive full-body strength workout.
Pilates with Barre combines traditional Pilates exercises with dynamic barre movements at the ballet barre using ankle weights, bands, balls and blocks to create a comprehensive total body workout. This class enhances strength, flexibility, and balance while providing a fun and engaging fitness experience.
Soul Strength Grit and Grace Tuesday 4:30pm and Thursday 9:00am Soul Strength - Grit and Grace combines heavy weight training with various modalities such as dumbbell exercises, bodyweight exercises, bands, mini Bosu balls, blocks, leg weights and Pilates balls to enhance muscle strength and bone density. Join us for an engaging experience that challenges your strength while embracing the elegance of movement—it's time to lift heavy and redefine your fitness journey!
Pilates with Strength Thursday at 4:30pm Pilates Mat utilizes the BASI block system repertoire to engage your powerhouse through essential movements, providing a strong foundation for a comprehensive full-body strength workout.
Adding Strength to the Mat Closs to LHS (Lift Heavy Stuff) encourages hormone balance, increases bone density and muscular strength which helps promote longevity to continue to do the things we love!
